What is Music Therapy?
Music therapy is the clinical use of evidence-based music interventions within a therapeutic relationship to accomplish non-musical goals. Music therapy is directed by a trained music therapist who has completed a degree program in music therapy and passed the national exam offered by the Certification Board for Music Therapists.
